ProofBase is operated by Corekit Services ("we", "our", "us"). This Privacy Policy describes what we collect, why we use it, and the choices you have. Last updated: May 2026.
Information we collect
Founders and listers
- Account email and display name when you sign in
- Listing content you submit: problem statements, metrics, proof notes, pricing, and media
- Usage of the founder dashboard (views, edits, submission status)
Buyers and visitors
- Pages viewed, filters applied, and tools saved when you use save features
- Search queries to improve relevance (not sold to third parties)
Automatically collected
- Standard server logs: IP (truncated where possible), user agent, referrer
- Cookies and similar technologies required for session and preferences
How we use data
- Operate and improve the directory and review workflows
- Calculate trust scores and detect abusive listings
- Process paid listing plans and placement features
- Send product updates you opt into
We do not sell personal data. We do not use listing proof uploads for unrelated model training without consent.
Evidence and third parties
When you connect integrations (e.g. analytics or billing tools), their privacy policies apply to data they process. We store only what you authorize for verification displays.
Paid plans are billed through Paddle.com Market Limited (Merchant of Record). Paddle processes payment data according to Paddle's privacy policy.
Retention
- Active listings: retained while published plus a reasonable archive period
- Deleted accounts: personal identifiers removed within 90 days; anonymized analytics may remain
Your rights
Depending on jurisdiction you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability. Contact support@proofbase.network.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls for reviewer tools, and periodic reviews. No method is 100% secure.
Children
ProofBase is not directed at children under 16.
